Meeting Nazionale ASI 2011
Potevamo non fare un raccontone del Meeting Nazionale ASI che si è tenuto a Torino il 21 e 22 Maggio qui sul blog?!?!? Assolutamente NO!!!! Quindi mettetevi comode…..
Era il lontano….dite che la stiamo prendendo troppo larga?!?!? Va bene bene….era solo l’anno scorso….appena abbiamo saputo che il meeting Nazionale ASI 2011 sarebbe stato in Piemonte ci siamo messe subito a pensare a come strutturarlo, dove farlo, quando farlo, chi coinvolgere nell’organizzazione…in fondo era il primo vero “evento” che ci trovavamo ad organizzare!
il tema della pasticceria ci piaceva abbastanza…già ci immaginavamo vestite da cuochi e ricoperte di dolci e cupcake….abbiamo fatto persino le prove dei cappelli!!!!
Poi però, il tema ci sembrava già troppo usato, visto e stravisto….e ci è venuto in mente il tema della moda….difficile però da realizzare…e alla fine…l’idea del bosco…bosco…..bosco=natura….Maggio è in primavera….ecco l’idea!!!! Il tema sarebbe stato: ” il risveglio della natura”!!!! Così eccoci tutte prese alla ricerca di idee da sviluppare su quel tema!!!!
Intanto, i mesi passavamo….e a Chivasso non trovavamo nessuna struttura idonea ad accoglierci….così abbiamo pensato di spostarci in altre città….e Torino era sicuramente la città con maggiore possibilità di scelta! Erika è diventata matta a chiamare e contattare ogni struttura possibile per trovare alla fine…quella che poteva fare al caso nostro….il Blu Hotel….il migliore per il rapporto qualità prezzo!!!!
Così siamo partite con il taglia e incolla….super produzione di uccellini per i banner, banner di benvenuto, funghi, farfallle…logo….e super produzione di…
…GUFIIIIII!!!!!! E nella produzione dei 150 gufi….vi siete perse Marina che spellicolava il biadesivo da tutti gli occhietti e Michela che ci passava sopra con i capelli…..avete un’idea di cosa è venuto fuori?!?!?! Abbiamo dovuto staccare tutti gli occhi dai capelli di Michela….e qualcuna è andata fuori di testa:

Poi siamo passate al crop serale….e proprio non sapevamo cosa inventarci….quando per scherzo abbiamo tirato in mezzo cappuccetto rosso…e subito le idee sono arrivate….la Scrap storia di cappuccetto rosso sarebbe stata il filo conduttore per i giochi di tutta la serata!Anche se qualcuno continuava a fare batman con il mantello durante le prove!!!!!
Insomma mesi e mesi di lavoro e produzione….produzione materiale ma anche di idee….e il gran giorno alla fine è arrivato!!!! Venerdì sera fervono i preparativi della sala!
Notte tra Venerdì e Sabato passata in bianco a chiacchierare….mai mettere 5 donne nella stessa stanza!!!….Sabato mattina carichissime…ci svegliamo senza aver bisogno delle sveglie……pronte?!?!?
Viaaaa….inizia l’avventura!!!!! La reception è pronta ad accogliere le scrapper in arrivo…
Iniziano ad arrivare i bellissimi LO delle ragazze per la sfida premeeting….
….inizia lo shopping, iniziano i corsi ma soprattutto….inizia il divertimentooooooo!!!!!
La sera del sabato poi, cena a buffet all’aperto, festeggiamenti per il compleanno di Stefania, foto regalini e poi………….inizia il crop….
Non ci vedrete mai più così!!!!!!!!!
Ringraziamo tutte voi che vi siete divertite con noi, ma anche tutte coloro che avrebbero voluto esserci ma non hanno potuto……ringraziamo chi ha fatto km per essere con noi anche solo un giorno….ovviamente un ringraziamento speciale agli shop che ci sono venuti incontro in ogni situazione e hanno avuto tanta pazienza……GRAZIE al gruppone del Sabato
